Albania 1997: In the spring of 1997 many Albanians lost all their money in pyramid schemes. The frustrated Albanians attacked military arsenals and stole weapons. Albania was declared a state of emergency by president Sali Berisha. This is a reportage shoot in the village of Rubik in the nothern part of Albania, the poorest country in Europe then and now.
